When sitting on a bike that is in Neutral and trying to start the engine by holding left click as you're supposed to, sometimes this doesn't work. When it doesn't work, if you just hop off the bike, the engine starts, and you can get back on it and ride it as normal.

Get on bike with engine off
Attempt to start engine. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not
Get off the bike if it fails and watch the engine come to life
