See video. I was walking in the Pavlovo contaminated zone on Chernarus and came across 4 or 5 zombies. Then they all simultaneously dropped dead. One was towards the right of my field of view further away in the field, and the rest were in front of me a little to the left among the buildings. I had just walked the other way through this area minutes before, and there were no zombies. So it was almost as if they had just spawned in before I got there, then all died.
