    The symptoms like the sweating, forehead rubbing, panting etc will stay if your character is still a little warm, as they indicate the first stage. However heatstroke in general is kinda bugged and there have been more than a few tickets about it already. Hopefully it gets fixed

    Yeah its night time and iv got no clothes on still sweating hot and vomiting and there is no sickness icon
