I rebuilt a house on nasdara and the roof was rebuilt using the required planks.

From on top of the roof (outside the building) you can dismantle to roof with an hatchet etc instead of having to destroy it in order to raid/enter the building.

It’s the 2 story house with a detached second room/garage. Once roof is rebuilt with planks, standing on top of the roof you can dismantle by just looking at it (same as dismantling walls from inside base)
