When you make a fire in a fire barrel and let it cool down after some time it can still damage you when you walk over it. This is despite the fire being out and no more embers are in it.
Reproduction steps
Find barrel and craft a fire barrel out of it.
Make fire in fire barrel.
Let fire go out and let it cool down until it says "cold"/ no more embers are in it.
Walk over/into the fire barrel.
Hear damage moaning of player and see health going down.
