Please check if experimental works - if it does - you can try the following:
- disable steam cloud sync
- navigate to DayZ folder in documents
- delete its contents
- Navigate to DayZ Exp folder in documents and copy its contents
- Paste the files into the empty DayZ folder in documents

if this does not work then we would possibly look in troubleshooting on your end if the issue could be related to some amd driver - as you mentioned the amd related .dll file in the log

I’m still experiencing the same issue after the 1.30 update.

Whenever I try to join an official server, the screen turns black, the game gets stuck loading for around three minutes, and then DayZ closes by itself. This happens on every official server and every map I have tried.

Here is what I have already tried:

• Verified the integrity of the game files through Steam.

• Renamed my Documents\DayZ folder to back it up, allowing the game to create a fresh configuration folder.

• Disabled Steam Cloud synchronization for DayZ.

• Tested different maps and official servers.

• Checked the game logs, which contain an AMD AGS warning involving amd_ags_x64.dll.

Unfortunately, none of these steps has fixed the issue.

My system:

• Windows 10 Pro 22H2

• AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

• AMD Adrenalin driver version 26.10.1

• DayZ version 1.30.164.200

The game worked correctly before update 1.30. The problem started after the update, and I cannot even reach the main menu by joining a server.

I have not established whether the AMD AGS warning is related to the crash, so I would appreciate any further troubleshooting steps or confirmation of whether this could be a known issue with update 1.30.

I have already disabled Steam Cloud synchronization for DayZ and allowed the game to create a fresh Documents\DayZ folder, but the crash still occurs.

However, DayZ Experimental does not seem to start correctly. When I launch it through Steam, I get the message: “Server config not found! Make sure you launch server with "-config=" parameter.” The Documents\DayZ Exp folder contains only dayz exp.cfg.

Could you please clarify how I should proceed with the suggested steps if Experimental does not start correctly and there are no configuration files to copy?

Seems like you are launching the exp server rather than exp client?
