Subject: Unable to Connect to Official DayZ Servers on PS5 – Error Codes 0x0001000D and 0x0001000F

Hello Bohemia Interactive Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious connection issue in DayZ on my PS5.

I was playing on the official server 0811 – Nasdara when I suddenly got disconnected with the error message “Connection to host lost.”

Since then, I have been unable to reconnect properly. I keep receiving the following error messages:

• Error 0x0001000D: “This account is already connected to another server.”

• Error 0x0001000F: “You are already in the desired session.”

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Fully closing and restarting DayZ.

• Completely shutting down and restarting my PS5.

• Waiting and trying to reconnect multiple times.

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

It seems that my previous session may be stuck, and the game still thinks I am connected to a server even though I was disconnected.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me restore access to the official servers? I have paid for this game and would simply like to be able to play again.
