When turning on and off the GPS unit, the GPS stutters in the character's hand. Same thing happens with retrieving and putting back the Field Shovel from the inventory.
Dropping and otherwise fiddling with the items seemed to have no effect.
Reproduction steps
Turn a GPS on and off, and look at what it does in your hand.
Pull out and put back a Field Shovel from your inventory.
