What happened?

I have attached 2 screenshots where you can see the issue; i have many more but dont want to clog up the ticket.

On many areas of the ground on Nasdara, there are these "black holes" that seem like they shouldn't be there. They are even visible from a great distance sometimes, as you can see in the second screenshot with the red circle drawn around them.
