The combination lock trapped me inside the base.

I logged into the server and spawned at my base, but when I approached the door, the button to unlock it wasn't there. I tried relogging, but that didn't help. I decided to respawn so I could approach from the other side; I got there, and the button to enter the code appeared. I entered the code, got inside, removed the lock, re-installed it, and changed the password. Then I went into the house and locked the door—but the button to open it never appeared. Now I’m trapped in my own base as if I were in prison. I’m playing on an official server. That combination lock is 100000% mine.
