What happened?

My character cannot interact with a code lock from inside a rebuild metal door in a Nasdara rebuilt building. I am trapped inside the base. Earlier over the weekend, combination locks would not attach to doors so there are major issues with the buildings.

Reproduction steps

When trying to interact with the code lock from inside the base there is absolutely no interface worth the door.

The same problem. There is an interface for interacting with the lock from the outside, but from the inside, the lock cannot be opened or removed.
