The below are some issues I think that need to be addressed.

• Vehicles have a bug where after a server reset the radiators lose their water and their gas tanks lose their fuel

• For community servers when base damage is set to OFF base damage can still be dealt. The is especially true for the Nasdara rebuildable buildings/structures

• Terms of Service Breach. I have reported a terms of service breach multiple times. The server in question just keeps changing their IP address. They sell water wells, plank spawns, guns and gear and more. They sell these items for real money. They sell building supply spawns, "pet" animals and other game breaking/changing items. Restarting servers causes the issues for vehicles every time. For the base damage no matter what settings I change, damage can be dealt.
