The code lock has disappeared and the door can’t be opened at all—it’s just a solid wall. The only fix is ​​to rejoin the server.
I played for less than an hour; when I logged in, the codelock was there. I went around looting, and when I came back an hour later, the codelock was gone.
Just yesterday, this happened: an enemy player opened a door, and right as I killed him, he managed to close it—but there was no keypad on the door anymore, just a solid wall left behind! 😄
