Bohemia, since update 1.30, simply trying to play DayZ has become an exercise in frustration.

The game keeps crashing. Workshop mods fail to update properly. Finding servers is a nightmare. Instead of playing, I’m spending hours verifying files, deleting mods, downloading them again, and troubleshooting problems that should never have reached a public release in this state.

The official launcher has been unreliable for years. Server discovery, mod downloads, and joining a server are basic functions. Why are they still such a struggle? Players turn to third-party launchers because they provide a better experience than the official tool. That should be a wake-up call.

How many more updates will leave players spending their evenings troubleshooting instead of actually playing? We paid for a game, and we expect its basic functionality to work.

Fix the crashes. Fix Workshop updates. Fix server discovery. Finally give the official launcher the attention it has needed for years.

New content means very little when getting into a server and staying in the game is this frustrating. We need concrete fixes and clear communication about these problems.
