I couldn't find any digital codelocks on Sakhal after searching a lot so i checked the types.xml in the dayz files. On Chernarus, Nasdara and Livonia you can find min/max and nominal values (like 24 or something) but on Sakhal everything is set to 0 (see Screenshot).

Search high industrial Areas like Nogovo multiple times and find no digital codelock.

Check the types.xml to confirm no values have been given for the codelock.

Digital Codelocks can be found on Sakhal as well. Because if i remember correctly, with the anouncement of the new codelocks the official statement said they would come to all maps.
