Built a base and the first floor inventory works as expected. Was able to build everything.
Moving to the second floor, I see options at the windows and doors, but the inventory is empty. Can't find the sweet spot.
Watched a YT video and a guy said that you need to scoot around with material in hand and inventory open until you find the spot where the inventory menu for second floor appears. I can't find it. Been trying for a while and it never comes up no matter where I stand.
The building I am working on is in Tor Dara right next to the well. It has two doors on first floor and a stair case that goes up to a very small area and then there's a doorway out onto the roof. GPS says X= 0.41 Y= 0.69 Alt = 0348 m on ground floor.
