This doesn't happen all the time, its at random, but when players exit a stopped vehicle they can have broken legs, ruined clothing, get cuts almost like the vehicle was still moving when they exited it and thinks they jumped out without doing the actual dive out animation. This happens both vanilla vehicles and modded, also tested with a server that just had vanilla vehicles.
I dont personally have video of this happening, but attached video from someone that was having the same issue that I had found posted 3 days ago on reddit.
