I noticed after every single server reset (on Official servers atleast), that codelocks in the interior of a players base would flip "soft side" to the exterior door. leading to raiders being able to raid through the first door and then take off codelocks off the remaining codelocks off of the rest of the doors. this also allows for griefing because if a player can take off the codelock they can also replace it with their own code leading to your base being inaccessible if for some reason they couldn't get through your whole base through this method. I feel like this is a pretty large problem given the fact this makes rebuilding houses extremely more vulnerable compared to building a traditional base. it also leads to a lot of wasted time on building a secure base that doesn't actually protect, I don't know if dial combination locks do the same, so I am not certain if it's a problem with the door or the codelock. the side the codelock switches to can't even be placed naturally since the game won'tlet you place a code lock on (keypad side) facing soft side of the door.
