I am having an issue with my DayZ account on PlayStation 5.

My PSN ID is PACHECKZ.

I was playing on the Ragnarok BR server when I was suddenly disconnected about one hour ago. At the moment of disconnection, the game showed the LAN cable disconnected icon, even though my internet connection was working normally.

Since then, I have been unable to connect to any DayZ server. When I try to reconnect to Ragnarok BR, I get a message saying that I am already in the selected session. When I try to join another server, I receive a message saying that my account is already connected to a different server.

I have already tried:

• Restarting my PS5.

• Reinstalling DayZ.

• Deleting the game's saved data.

• Restarting my internet connection.

• Trying to connect to a different server.

• Having a friend try to log into my account, but the same issue remained.

I believe my account may be stuck in a ghost session or may still be registered as connected to the Ragnarok BR server.

Could you please help me reset or terminate the stuck session so I can connect to DayZ servers again?
