Hello and need some help. For the past month, i have been getting Bios Error in the lobby screen and unable to pull up server lists. I have to clear the Bios Errors prompt in lobby screen multiple times (sometimes taking 10-15 minutes) just to be able to finally get servers to populate. If there is a rest within the game, It then takes me multiple tries to get back in game.

The day after Badlands Nasdara dropped, I also began to have the game just straight up freeze and crash in the lobby as well.

Upon soliciting ideas to fix these issue I have completed the following multiple times over with still no resolution.

I have done the following: Reset Mac settings, stopped the quick resume, cleared my local cache setting, completed hard resets on the xbox x console, removed power source to console for several minutes with the hard reset, and also uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

NOTHING works to resolve these issues.

Asking for assistance to please give suggestions to please correct this issue.
