What happened?

I can't put a Canopy tent at the 2nd floor of the Base. I don't know why because there is space and no structures around in the 2nd floor.

Reproduction steps

just pickup a canopy tent and try to place it above the ceiling, in ther 2nd floor of the rebuild houses
