There seems to be another new unpleasant camera jerk/stutter between some character actions, this wasn't apparent during the Nasdara playtest.

This can be easily reproduced by walking and pulling up your weapon to hip fire, between these actions you will see a slight stutter of the characters camera. This is also noticeable between other actions as well.

Expected Result: fix it
