The first ''bridge'' room in Sard Sarhad bunker that has a room under it where you can jump down to has no way out, the boxes that are meant to be used to climb/mantle back on the bridge are too small and the room has no doors so its soft locked

Simply jump down from the bridge to the room and you're stuck
