What happened?

Time to time when me and my friend were getting sick on the servers it just disappears from your screen making you think you're ok. BUT YOUR NOT you still have the same sickness and it didn't go away so you just eat a lot without even knowing causing you to throw up. this keeps happening and we just never know if were sick or not

    I concur... i've notice that the sickness icon does not appear at times when sick
