What happened?

Hello, I’m a devoted fan of your work. A wonderful update, 1.30, was released yesterday, but it seems like the LOD (Level of Detail) system might be broken—my client-side FPS has dropped to a third of what it was. Additionally, the server has started consuming 20 GB of RAM. Could you please help? I’m at my wit’s end and don’t know what to do.
