What happened?

When I attempt to join any Badlands server I get this error message (that i don't own the DLC) but I do.

Reproduction steps

I have gone into game management and unchecked it, saved and then went back in to recheck it.

I see it in the store and it says "Install" and so I click it - and it shows in the queue but reverts back to "Install" again.
