Anytime I try to join into a server it freezes and when it does let me in it won’t let me drop what’s in my hands started after 1.29 update

I start the game when I get to the place to pick a server I pick one it acts like it’s going to load does the countdown after that it freezes and won’t let me in I restart my Xbox and it sometimes lets me into the server and if it does I can’t interact with anything and I have a bag in my hands and I can’t drop it or pick up anything
