To the DayZ Support and Development Team,

I am reaching out because I have been dealing with a game-breaking issue in DayZ on Xbox for the past three months, and I need this issue to be taken seriously and investigated.

I have tried practically every troubleshooting method available, including:

• Killing my character to try to reset it.

• Uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times.

• Deleting all saved data.

• Logging in using a different Xbox account.

• Resetting my Xbox console.

• Changing my Wi-Fi connection.

Despite all of these attempts, the issue persists.

Sometimes, I cannot load into the game at all because I get stuck on the spawn-in screen. Other times, I receive an error message stating that my character is already loaded into another server. When I finally manage to get into the game, my character glitches and becomes practically unplayable. I teleport or glitch around, cannot properly hit zombies, cannot interact with my inventory, cannot open doors, and cannot pick up items.

I have never cheated, duplicated items, or used exploits. I have played DayZ since its original console release because I genuinely love this game. It is incredibly frustrating to put so much time and effort into a game only to have it become unplayable for months.

I have lost hours of gameplay and progress, and after attempting a complete restart, I am still experiencing the same problems. At this point, I have exhausted the troubleshooting options available to me as a player.

I need an actual investigation into this issue. Please determine whether this is a character-data problem, a server synchronization issue, or a bug affecting Xbox players. I would also appreciate confirmation of whether my character data or progress can be recovered.

I should not have to repeatedly uninstall my game, reset my console, or start over just to continue playing a game I have supported for years.

I am asking the DayZ team to acknowledge this issue, investigate it, and provide a real solution rather than another generic troubleshooting response.

1. Launch DayZ on Xbox Series X/S and attempt to join a server.

2. Sometimes the game gets stuck on the character spawn-in screen and never finishes loading.

Expected result: My character should load into the server normally, synchronize correctly, move without glitches, and interact with inventory items, zombies, doors, and objects as intended.

Actual result: My character either fails to load, triggers an error indicating that the character is already loaded on another server, or loads into the game in a severely glitched state where basic interactions do not work.

This issue has made DayZ virtually unplayable for three months. I have never used cheats, duplication methods, or exploits. Please investigate whether this is a character synchronization, server session, or character data issue and advise whether my character can be recovered.
