Game wont launch at all from steam or any 3rd party launcher. When I use the BI one it loads me in for a second and gives me a 0x000400F0 error after kicking me. I've reinstalled everything including Steam and every other fix I could find, yet it persists. Neither modded or vanilla are playable. I haven't been able to play at all, not just Nasdara. The game is completely broken for me.
