What happened?

1.30 added ThirdPersonMode { DISABLED, ENABLED, VEHICLES_ONLY } (World.c, GetThirdPersonViewMode()). .... and now servers running VEHICLES_ONLY don't send the no3rd tag or any other in A2S. So they show as 3PP everywhere, including the official launcher. Could you add no3rd (or a separate tag) for VEHICLES_ONLY?

find VEHICLES_ONLY servers in launcher, they will be showed as 3rd
