What happened?

Hello!
After 1.30 update, on my Sakhal server underground doors open without generator. Tonight, im get into bunker and open all 4 doors pressing F button, without generator starts.

Its normal or its game bug or my server is broke? What i need to check? All server files has been update. No mods on doors are installed.

Reproduction steps

Im teleport in one room of underground bunker by VPP admin tools, and from inside easy open 1 door by pressing F button. Then leave this room, im open another 3 doors by simple pressing F button
