Is the issue that the code you have input does not work? Was there some time between you putting on the lock and then coming back to it? (from the video it is not clear if there is a cut or some sort of animation glitch)

need to use mousewheel or D to change "next wheel" to detatch lock, it´s small menu above where you see the numbers

The padlock was in good condition, and I put it on right away.

Please try what @baconbunsy suggested
