What should I do if, when entering any server using a Nasdara card, the game either freezes or crashes without any errors? I log in to the server and go through the queue, and as soon as the 15‑second loading screen appears, the game freezes or closes.

I used to be allowed on the server, but now it no longer allows me in.

There’s nothing wrong with my Chernorussia card, and I can log in without any problems.

I log in to the server, go through the queue, and as soon as the 15‑second server loading is complete, I’m either kicked out or the game just freezes.

I want to be able to log in normally and play the new DLC.
