I lost my fully geared character because of what appears to be a server/connectivity or logout synchronization issue.

I am playing on PlayStation.

The attached video shows that my character was alive and fully equipped inside a building. I initiated the normal logout process and the game displayed:

“The character stays on the server during the countdown.”

After this, the game experienced connectivity/loading problems. When attempting to reconnect, my character was no longer available as expected and I lost all of my progress and equipment.

This was not an intentional death during normal gameplay. The loss happened in connection with the logout/disconnection process.

Please investigate the server logs and character state because the video provides evidence of the character immediately before the connectivity issue.

1. Play normally on PlayStation.

2. Have an existing geared character on the server.

3. Initiate the normal logout process.

4. The game displays the logout countdown and the message that the character remains on the server.

5. A connectivity/server synchronization problem occurs during or immediately after the process.

6. Attempt to reconnect.

7. The previous character/progress is lost.

When logging out normally or being disconnected because of a connectivity/server issue, my character should remain correctly saved and should be restored when reconnecting.

A connectivity problem should not cause permanent loss of a character and all accumulated equipment/progress.
