I was logging on to nazdara near the edge of the map. I had previously been driving an Olga there and logged on to drive with it. when i tried to attach the wheel back to the front right slot it wouldnt attach. I tried multiple methods: dragning it there, attaching it by looking at the correct place but nothing worked. After that i figured that it would work if i logged. I pressed exit with the Olga wheel in my hand and the countdown finished like normal but when i tried to reconnect i immidetly got an error;

CONNECTING FAILED (0x0001000F) you are already in targeted session.

Even after restarting the Console i got the same error and when i try to log into a different server the game Freeze for a second before giving me a different error:

CONNECTING FAILED (0x0001000D)

Connection failed. This account is already connected to a different server.

This error has persisted for atleast 3 hours and i cant even join community

All of this happened near the edge of a map, a car full of loot on the nazdara map.

I dont know if it can be reproduced. Try logging of with a wheel right at the edge of the map above oasis. The car also had some kind of glitch with the wheel that randomly happened when i logged on to check on it. This might have happened because previously i had acidentaly drove the car outside into the glitch zone but managed to push it inside
