What happened?

There are two User Interfaces Overlapping. On Exit menu and Map menu and VPP menu.

Reproduction steps

joining a server and pressing Exit trying to exit.

with VPP tools installed as server owner, initiating the Menu after loading into game and trying to operate menu.

when in game and Pressing M to open map, Map Markers are doubled/overlapping.
