I parked my car normally in a garage and the next day the car got stuck in the ground.
Park a vehicle normally inside a garage.
Leave the vehicle inside the garage and log out.
Return to the server the following day.
The vehicle is partially stuck/sunken into the ground and cannot be moved.
Attempt to drive forward and reverse, turn the wheels, and restart the game/server.
The vehicle remains completely stuck in the ground and cannot be recovered.
The issue persists for several days.

The shear amount of bugs in 1.3 are astounding, old bugs fixed previously re-apear and new ones galore, loot system broken, new veichals bugged and old ones develop new bugs, convoy broken, gas field loot broken reports ignored and cheating rife as nobody can get any loot togeather.
anyone notice that last responce to any of these reports from the devs was 3 days ago?
The new loot system is really good, I agree, maybe they should make it harder to find stuff.
The cheating is bad, maybe we should form in game task forces that stop cheaters with friendly chants and wholesome songs and vocal dissaproval of cheating. Your voice is your strongest weapon.
Good observation about the devs being inactive for 3 days... you're right. If they make a comment today, like my posts and tag me. We'll monitor this closely.
Indeed, in lot of ways it´s harder to find loot but if they dont intend to have any dmr´s m4´s not to mention the new SCR then maybe they should stop spawning the dmr mags, m4 accessories and scr butstocks... Airfield on Livionia 1.3 has yealded 1 LAR one night scope and a single silencer, rest seems to be 1911´s the odd backpack and generally tier 2 tat. Hardly worth getting gas gear togeather for it (that´s hard now too) as Damborg spawns less. The suggested nbc carrier is nowhere to be found I suspect it does not spawn anymore than dmr´s Scr´s or m4´s. No NVG´s spawn except on helemts on lev 3 of Damborg so they might as well stop spawning the nvg headset. Plates are uncommon to find, one in every 20 convoys. Add to this the cheating and the genneral buggs with bikes and cars now (loose water and gas) if left, glitches with bikes parked against any object and the multitude of old and new bugs and this is after the 1.29 patch got pulled over buggs one wonders what sort of testing or quality control is going on at Bohemia, needless to say the player count on experimental servers has taken a nose dive. We keep reporting pretty obvious bugs with little feedback in return. Some issues are put down as "known issue, no action taken, case closed) which reads we know it´s bugged but dont care. This beggs the question, why report anybugs at all, just let them launch a new DLC and get a massive refund call from Steam. Not that it invoces confidence in a new DLC. Seems independant creators make better maps and that leaves the Bohemia team to deal with the mechanics of the game, not that they seem to have a handle on that either, no effort put into updates and no effort put into server integrety or anti-cheat updates. So there are multiple problems but seems staff still think it´s ok to have a 3 day weekend...
I can't relate to your experiences, I haven't played the game for a while, but I have played on the 1.30 build and I've found plates, NVGs, m4s, LARs, 1911s, full NBC, and silencers for all my weapons (western, eastern, and pistol). I've found all the largest bags, both the long haul and the field backpack, and every smaller backpack, (I haven't found the NBC carrier, I don't know if it does spawn, or where it would spawn). I've found more than I would ever use, although that isn't saying much. Every experimental server I've played on is packed with a queue, although I've only played official experimental servers.
Cars losing gas and water isn't unrealistic, petrol breaks down, water evaporates through condensation; and we don't know what the composition of the fuel actually is in DayZ so we're lucky that leaving cars sit doesn't damage the engine and gas tank because of the fuel expiring.
DayZ has always been a buggy game, it's built on a mod of a game that was in beta for 2 years. DayZ is a game that is essentially 4 games combined into one, and was only in testing for less than 5 years total; (Most games are in testing for 5 years each). Before 2023 there were certain hills that you couldn't drive up in a car, you were risking ending the run of everyone in the car and anyone within line of sight of the car. I don't remember anyone grovelling this much back then. Everyone was having fun. There were less cheaters though, and they were less annoying. Now, the cheaters won't let you leave the coast. Of course, this isn't the devs fault. Many popular games have been targeted by overwhelming forces of malign actors. For example, the world of warcraft gold farms that were/are being run in chinese prisons.
The anti cheat is provided by battleye, the DayZ devs can't be expected to homebrew their own anti cheat and keep working on the game. That would require an entirely new division within their company. The anti cheat does work, although it isn't good enough. Unfortunately the cheat builders only have one job, and it's way easier than anyone else's job.
Game developing is hard work. It isn't easy to compete with several malicious, funded, actors; while also trying to make content for a video game that breaks at the slightest touch, because it's really the complex interweaving of 5 different games that have never had a testing phase.
The devs do care, watch them unveil any of their new features for the game. There are some things that are difficult to fake, it is difficult to believe that the devs would exhibit this behavior and also not care at all about the game or the community. Unless they are psychopaths too.
Known issue does not mean they don't care, it means that they know about it already, often times if they mark it as known issue, and not "no action taken" or "refused" then it means they have it scheduled for a fix.
The devs have a commitment to release something "production worthy". They are an official company. While other users are creating interesting maps, and occasionally adding features to the game (not often, and usually not original), the devs are committed to making something that is "commercial". This polishing I think is a hinderance, but it's what they like to do. It's how they operate currently. The devs are the only one's making interesting new features. How easy do you think it would be to make bikes and add ragdoll physics? Now go on the workshop and see how many people did it before they did it. Go on the workshop and look for any kind of creative features that aren't just retextures or copying the code that the devs already have written. Seldom to nil is what you will find. Even while talking about users creating better maps, you are playing livonia, observe the irony.
Saturday, and Sunday are universally accepted as non-business days. This isn't something that's exclusive to the team. And often times, the work doesn't end on the weekend; Only the business communication is interrupted for 2 days.
You sound unappreciative and entitled, but it also sounds like you're frustrated, and I sympathize with those who truly enjoy this game, and want it to be great, and want to have a great time playing it. I dream of the day when we can all go on a legit run and have a packed official server with no bugs and lots of content. We won't get there if we are doing anything except hyperfocusing on making that possible.
I'm not playing the game right now, and I likely won't play it again until a few things change, (i.e.: I want a flow chart of the dev process at the least, and ideally, I want compatibility and slightly more openness to 3rd party devs, so that I can create mods and optimizations for the game.)
Indeed this is 1.3 experimental as noted, The nerf on convoy and gas is epxerienced over multiple 1.3 experimental servers officcial and comunity. The fact is this was done on purpose by the devs as a lazy way to hold back the new SCR from spawning, so everything in dynamic spawns was nerfed to tier 2 instead of just writing a block for the SCR only thing is they act like this isn´t the case but it´s visible in the core code, it´s irritating that they let players like me hit 40 convoys instead of just saying they nerrfed the loot spawn and we move on.
Every time there is an update there are new bugs, this is normal so we report them, what is worse is that old bugs previously fixed also sometimes reapear, this is what I report, not to complain but to help point them out. I only play on experimental vanila servers with the latest updates, mostly livonia. 8k hours and counting.
You missunderstand why we report bugs and think you need to be some sort of fan-boy for Bohemia, criticizing the bugs others report with out actually having any knowladge of the issue, it is frustrating that cheaters run rampant on official servers and none of the updates try to close any of those loopholes. As to "sounding unappreciative and entitled" I´ll point out not only have I paid for every single DLC even ones I dont play like Shakal (who does?) this is to support the work of the devs, but through the years I´ve reported multiple bugs so game can be made better, what have you done?
One would expect when they bring out a new feature they want feed back, problem is if you constantly get killed by cheaters you hardly have the oportunity to try out most of those features. I think your observation that "your not playing the game right now" says a lot. Your in no possision to comment on the current state of gameplay but seem to constantly do so regardless as you think critisism of the game is some sort of insult and entitlement. What have you contributed to making the game better? Criticised those that report bugs in the hope they get fixed? The main criticism on spending most of the budget on making a new map instead of fixing the core bugs in the game is valid from a consumers point of view, where possible.
As to mods taking 3 day weekends 10 days before an estimated 5M dollar launch.. (if sale of Shakal are anything to go by) one would think out of the 80 people currently working on this DLC any bug reports would be followed closely and someone would man the watch so close to launch, especially bug reports that break new features.
