When finding a plastic bottle with water in it on Sakhal, usual condition is that the water in it is frozen.

So you have to wait for it to defrost before you drink/purify or rework the bottle into a suppressor.

Current condition with wash face means you can empty the (frozen) bottle by opting to wash face & then you have an empty bottle to fabricate a suppressor directly.

Downside is that you are now soaked . .

unable to use bottle for any function until water has defrosted
