When creating a new character the first weapon picked up visually does not remove the magazine. The magazine does remove and is dropped to the ground but said weapon still shows having a magazine attached. When logging out and back in the magazine then shows on the ground and the firearm is empty. Adding or removing the magazine then functions normally.

Started multiple new characters and achieved the same result each time.
