What happened?

HI there.
I was bleeding out, maked some dirty rags, patched myself and insta got the infection. I'm like ok, had some vitamins, but they didn't help. After 30 min hp started to drop. Rushed to nearest hospital for some antibiotics and they helped.

Still no sicknesses icon.


p.s. or i miss something with changes?
