Edit: consolidated everything I could glean from my observations here, broke it down map by map
Chernarus:
I have found 4 convoys thus far, and there was no loot on the first 3, the latest one had loot on the ground next to the vehicles, but no loot on / inside the vehicles
Found a Helicrash with nothing on it also
Found a dynamic train, that only had the locomotive present (screenshot included)
Found several police events, and the recurring theme is that these events did not have Zombies, and there was no loot in, or around the police car
Overall: Dynamic events have felt very weird on Chernarus, I have had reports from other friends where they've found events with typical loot, yet also reports from friends echoing my concerns.
Livonia:
I've found 2 dynamic trains, with loot and Zombies, yet it seemed the loot was spawning on the train tracks instead of in the cars in some cases (Not all) (screenshots enclosed)
I have found several police events, and did find things around the cars, yet nothing INSIDE of the vehicles, I found a few PIONEERs and RAK's and a couple of other things outside of the cars, but nothing in the cars
Unable to find any Livonia convoys ATP, will update as more information becomes available
Unable to find any Livonia Heli crashes ATP, will update as I investigate further
Sakhal:
I have found several dynamic military boats, not a single piece of loot on any of them
I have found several civilian boats, these have had loot, yet from memory (I plan to confirm on a stable server) it feels reduced relative to the stable RTB update, Boats appear to have 1-4 pieces of loot on them, as opposed to the previous ~8
I believe medical events have been normal, yet admittedly I'm not familiar with how much loot is on them usually, (will investigate when I check stable)
Sakhal Police events feel alright, I've found a few of them and don't recall any issues, will update if I notice anything else however
Found 1 heli Crash on Sakhal, and it did have loot, seemed normal.
