Upon loading into a private server with friends across all platforms the JLTV we use by WCS has no audio for the engine or interactions. Even the MRZR has this issue. I then loaded into a PS5 solo Everon GM and tested it with only its dependencies which are up to date to replicate the issue. So far the testing has proved that theres something the modders or BI should probably check in terms of audio because it could effect much more than a modded vehicle.
