I have noticed that ever since 1.9 released, Workbench takes an astronomically long amount of time to publish very simple updates. I have been sitting on the "Publishing Project. Please Wait..." screen for over 26 minutes with no end in sight. My upload speed is in the ballpark of 150 Mbps, so it's not like my internet is atrocious.
I've also noticed multiple HTTP/2 errors populating in the console logs. Lastly, if I cancel the upload, and go to re-try it, it'll spit out errors about a "duplicate upload."
Every update seems to have impacted Workbench for worse. I'm curious to know what improvements are planned for it because it just gets more and more sluggish.
