When a person who's sitting in your vehicle is talking into proximity chat they're almost silent when you're not looking at them.

1.9.0.37 reintroduced this bug

REPLICATION:

  1. 2 players with microphones

  2. sit beside one another in the vehicle

  3. Tell the other person to start talking into proximity chat

  4. look at the person and then look away

    The person should be almost silent when not looked at.
