Unable to shift gear up or down if you select NEUTRAL through an assigned bind while the ''1st gear'' and ''reverse gear'' don't have a button assigned (If you put the car into any other gear through an assigned bind you can still use the gearshift without the game breaking)

REPLICATION:

1. Unbind ''Reverse gear'' and ''Gear 1'' while keeping Gear shift UP & DOWN set to default

2. Assign ''NEUTRAL'' to a button (L3 for example)

3. Spawn a truck/ any vehicle with a manual transmission

4. Select any gear from 1-5

5. Press L3 (the button the NEUTRAL is assigned to)

6. try changing gears

7. now you should be stuck in NEUTRAL gearl untill you assign a button to 'Reverse gear'' and ''Gear 1''.

Video named ''Test with a different gear assigned.mp4'' is where I tested the same bug BUT with a different gear assigned to L3, no issues there. The NEUTRAL is the only problematic one
