AI logistics refuses to resupply from certain points. They arrive relatively nearby, stop and don't do anything. I noticed this for resupply point on Kolguyev, airfield. Also at Sosnovy Mys. None of trucks get close enough to pick up supplies. I had to assigne them to other points instead.
