When placing C4 on vehicles at default civilian and FIA vehicle spawn points, it sometimes appears suspended in mid-air next to the fuel tank due to what seems to be a collision issue. Once misplaced, the C4 cannot be picked up again.

Moving the vehicle approximately 0.5 metres away from its original position allows C4 to be placed correctly on the fuel tank.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a civilian or FIA vehicle at its default vehicle spawn point.

2. Approach the vehicle's fuel tank.

3. Attempt to place C4 directly on the fuel tank.

4. Observe that C4 sometimes appears suspended in mid-air next to the fuel tank.

5. Try to pick up the misplaced C4.

Expected Result

C4 should attach directly to the vehicle's fuel tank.

Actual Result

C4 sometimes attaches in mid-air next to the fuel tank and cannot be retrieved.

Additional observation: Moving the vehicle approximately 0.5 metres away from its default spawn position allows correct C4 placement.
