Steps To Reproduce:

1. Equip UK-59L.

2. Fire until the weapon is empty (or manually eject all rounds from the chamber).

3. Pull the trigger once while the weapon is empty.

4. Reload the weapon.

5. Cycle the charging handle (pull the grip back and release) to chamber a round.

6. Observe: The weapon fires a round automatically during/after the cycling animation.
