1) In HQC, and most commanders I know agree with this one, only commanders should be able to place blueprints for arsenals and helipads on bases. Including the limitation of being the only one dropping heavy vehicles such as APCs and helicopters.

Most people don't run logistics, with arsenals everywhere a loss is sure. Same goes for spawning in helicopter after helicopter. The amount of times I hear logi people giving up because of their 2 hauls of supplies being gone in mere minutes is astronomical.

2) Why are the squads not in numerical order for the commander on the combat support table? It's done on order of last created, but would make commander lives much easier if numerical. Sometimes I need/want to assign objectives to squads myself.
