When headlights, spotlights and flashlights shine in a players face at night they dont slightly blind them as they do in real life. This makes any dazzle attempts in combat irrelevant.

Also, in real life it takes 30min for your eyes to adjust to low light and that ability resets if you're blinded with white light for too long.

Reforger should duplicate this reality with shorter adjustment periods for playability.
